E-way Bill / Invoice

From the 1st of April 2018, if the invoice value of goods is more than 50,000/ than the e-way bill is mandatory for inter state movement of goods from one state to another.

If the invoice value is less than 50,000 or equal to 50,000 than please provide the copy of Invoice, bill of supply or delivery challan to our partner driver.

Loading / Unloading

However we do not provide labour services for loading and unloading of goods, But our partner driver to help you set the goods in the vehicle ,if required you can negotiate with our partner driver if he will be willing to do labour work than it will be mutually decided between you and the driver partner. Truckqik have no role in the negotiation.

Booking Fare

The trip fare is calculated after the trip ended. There are multiple ways to pay the fare.

  • Cash: The trip fare can also be paid in cash directly to our driver partner at the drop location.
  • Paytm : You can link your paytm account with Truckqik and the fare would be deducted from the available balance.If sufficient balance is not available, the remaining paid in cash.
Are my goods secure

We have verified driver partners through proper verification process.

Do you have no entry pass Vehicles ?

We do have Vehicles which carry NEP ( No Entry pass).Vehicles can pay during the no entry timings (An additional charge may be applicable for NEP Vehicles, during the no entry time)

Is there any service guarantee?

No we don’t provide any service guarantee, However given the unpredictable nature of traffic & road conditions.

Is there any Trip cancellation charges?

If you cancel the trip after a partner is assigned for your trip, then you may charged a cancellation fee Rs.50.00

Can the drop location be changed?

No you don’t have to change the location once the booking done. Please ask the driver to proceed for the new location. With in 2Kms We will calculate the new price based on the drop location.

In what circumstances can the trip fare change?
  1. If the pickup & drop location changed multiple times after the booking.
  2. If the loading & un-loading time exceeds more than 60mnts.
  3. If there are multiple delivery points.
  4. Other unforeseen issues.
  5. If you are a particular about the route that needs to be taken by the driver and if that route is differ from our recommendation to the driver.
